We are recruiting developers of apps and mobile services who are tireless and hungry for success. We are looking for 100 small and medium sized investment opportunities across Central and Eastern Europe in 2012 and 2013.

Sought after abilities of authors and team leaders:

• very good/excellent knowledge of mobile platforms, or alternatively a strong background in programming plus a keen interest in diverting into mobile platforms
• a focus on the speedy completion of projects (we will accept projects without a business plan)
• an understanding of terminology, usability and user experience
• street wisdom - an understanding of ‘clickability’
• good communication skills and the ability to meticulously report project milestones

Our preferred project types:

• productions with the potential to be serialised (parts, additions)
• productions which can be adapted to multiple digital platforms (smart phones, tablets, software)
• productions which are culturally universal

Financial support in projects:

2,500 to 12,500 EUR for 15% to 60% share

Other support in projects:

• preliminary assessment of the validity of project assumptions
• know-how in digital distribution (App Store , Android Market, Kindle, Web)
• contacts to outstandinge graphic artists and other specialists
• marketing know-how
